William Lloyd
At William Lloyd our overriding passion and enthusiasm has helped to create some truly unique structures. Working alongside Phil Game our joint knowledge and expertise go hand in hand. Together we have produced some remarkable and beautiful garden rooms, escapes and follies.
Whether we are building a cedar tool store or a stone and thatch summer house we aim to produce a desirable, exciting and an enviable addition to your garden. You may even consider going the whole hog by letting us transform your entire garden too!
We have long had a romantic affair with garden rooms. Photographs from the 1800’s show quite exquisite designs. Sadly, like a lot of today’s architecture much of the creativity has been lost to mass production and budget restraints.
Lifestyle
By 2020 it is predicted that six out of ten people will be working from home. That’s all very well if you have the room or don’t mind working and living in the same space. The most under utilised part of the home is often the garden.
Consider a superb, dual purpose structure, maybe whimsicle and romantic or creative and bright yet practical enough to work from. If planned and designed with careful consideration, once you have finished working for the week it can become your idyllic summer house. A place for those secret cosy picnics, romantic evening meals or parties and barbeques. You could even have a fold out bed for those lazy Sunday afternoons or sweet summer evenings.
